What is Tai chi?

Tai chi and qigong are two practices that show significant benefits in reducing the pain of arthritis.  There’s a huge amount to read on this topic, but the proof is in trying it. It’s very inexpensive, and you can sign up at your local “Y,” community center or hospital.
